A New York native and a Philadelphia graduate, Tess traded the east coast for Seattle nearly a decade ago and has been calling Capitol Hill home ever since. Tess currently works alongside some A+ people at Gensler Seattle, designing spaces for organizations that support their culture, values, and mission. She co-leads gSEA’s Community Impact group and volunteers with Plymouth Housing through Promoters of Plymouth. The Fellowship Join Tess as she investigates The Built Environment of Belonging as IIDA Northern Pacific Chapter’s 2020 recipient of the Spencer de Mille Traveling Fellowship.
